Artifact: As-Is Organization Model

The organization model is comprised of the traditional hierarchical tree structure accompanied by descriptions of tasks, responsibilities, authorization and reporting structures. A more modern type of description is in the form of service-indicators which descriptions and quality of service outline which organizational entity is responsible for delivering specific kind of services. This document describes the organizational model for the current situation.
